"I purchased the Medical Guardian device 3 weeks ago and the delivery has been unexpectedly fast which was great because I live by myself and I was really feeling unsafe due to my health conditions. The device was really simple to install, as well as the pad lock even though the combination numbers were quite hard to move. I tested the device immediately and could see that it was working. 1 week ago I received a call from the company to perform another test and be sure that it was working. So I feel relieved and have a "peace of mind' with this device. I rated only 4 stars because thanks God I never had to use it yet, but I don't know if when needed, it will work as well as the tests because I might be away from the device. As a conclusion, so far, so good......"

"I had first called another provider who advertises frequently with a catchy tag line, but was given conflicting and vague information by several different representatives. I really felt like I was being scammed. I then saw Medical Guardian advertised in the AARP magazine, and called them and talked to a gentleman named Ed. He was extremely helpful and gave me all kinds of good information. He was not pushy at all, just very informative. I went to the Medical Guardian website and it was also full of information, unlike the other provider's site I visited. Very transparent, very clear information. I was actually ordering this service for my mother, and Ed was very patient, even though I called back several times to ask more questions. It was nice I got to talk to the same person each time I called. He even followed up with me along my journey, but not in an intrusive way. I finally got Mom on board, and she's very happy with the service. Everything came as advertised and cost never changes. No extra fees. Bottom line: website is awesome, customer service was excellent. (some advice: don't use the "I've fallen and I can't get up" people - their prices change on every call! One guy even told me he'd give me his special "family discount", which was kind of shady, and no prices were on the site at all, and when I questioned things he got very argumentative) So I would absolutely recommend Medical Guardian."
