"I had a 0 alarm with my system. They called my house 2x and my cell phone 2x and then my friend before they called 911 so if I had fallen they would have delayed help for about 20 to 25 min. I had filled out paper work with my neighbor's phone number and it was not in the system why did I put the information on the paper work if it was not entered into the system. The day after all of this I fell and the alarm did not go off I was able to crawl to a chair and get myself up so I did not have to push the button. I just thought you should know that this is 2x that the equipment did not work right for me."
"Button is very sensitive. Have made several accidental calls by just carrying it in a shirt pocket. Battery needs to last more than three days. Yea I could charge it up every night, but why? A string lanyard, really. Looks like you are putting a ribbon around your neck, and the unit is too big/heavy for around your neck. You can't put it inside your shirt so it doesn't dangle. Remember the sensitive button?"
"The person sold me the alert system was nice helpful but I am still wait to get system or at least hear from you. I now find out that you contract the alert out to someone else. Is that due & why not tell me upfront as I am now concerned about who I have signed with, especially since I have not received my system. "I got the fall detect neck button and it would wake me up telling me fall detected and obviously I was lying Dow sleeping. I no longer need it as I am not going to put up with that. I called customer service explained and they transferred me to supposedly someone who would help me. I was on hold for at least 30 minutes and just hung up so I would not use up all my minutes. I don't want it any longer and I feel they just put me on hold thinking I would go away. Also you wait so long to debit my account that the large amount put me in an overdraft. Stop billing me as it has been unplugged for over 1 month."
