"Pleased with service."
"The cord is ugly. Should be easy to temporarily change out with a plain black cord. (or even a variety of cords, including a short cord with a clip to attach to a belt loop or button hole (etc), allowing the call button to hang free ---or slip into a pocket. I wonder if, with time, the unattractive grey/white call button will become dingy. A black one might be easier to keep clean. Or a two-tone metal one, which would not clash most clothing any outfit. I saw an ad for a waterproof call button. Why is this one only slightly water resistant. It should, like my Timex lighted watch, be water-resistant enough to be in 5 ft of water while I swim I'm never 100% sure that the call button is operative. Sometimes it flashes green, sporadically, & sometimes not. If I lean against anything, the call button activates. Should be recessed to avoid that occurrence. I dropped it & it did not activate. Ergo, if I fall (which is similar to a drop) & I'm knocked out, how can I be assured that it will automatically activate?"

All worked as promised. Nice to know the pendant is waterproof with a repalcement guarantee. never have had to use it yet, but I know the day will come. Don't procrastinate, get it before you need it. Being a firefighter, I know how important this is to have a medical alert for a loved one, otherwise we show up at homes and it is too late to save someones live."
