Medical Alert Device Saves a Life

Decatur, Illinois- November 2, 2015

At 2:45 AM two men broke into the house of a 53 year old woman. Her daughter was sleeping on the couch when the burglers invaded the home.

She quickly ran to her mother’s room and they enabled the device to call for help. As the speaker on the device sounded with the emergency operator on the other side, the invaders got startled and fled the scene.

No injuries have been reported
